Abstract:
The present application discloses a preparation method for a composite membrane, and an apparatus for preparing the composite membrane. The preparation method for the composite membrane provided by an embodiment of the present application comprises the following steps: separately carrying out first pretreatment and first coating treatment on the opposite surfaces of a composite base membrane formed by laminating two or more layers of base membranes, to form a metal membrane layer; carrying out layer-by-layer separation treatment on each base membrane, carrying out second pretreatment and first coating treatment on the surface of each newly exposed base membranes, and forming a metal film layer on the surface of each newly exposed base membrane. The apparatus for preparing the composite membrane of the present application comprises a pretreatment unit, a coating unit and a base membrane separation unit. The preparation method for the composite membrane provided by the embodiment of the present application can form a metal film layer on the surface of a lower base membrane to form the composite membrane, and ensures high yield and the production efficiency for the composite membrane. The device for preparing a composite membrane of the present application may effectively implement the preparation method for a composite membrane.
