Abstract:
A hydraulic composite bushing (100), a flow channel (70) for same, and a method for forming the flow channel (70). The hydraulic composite bushing comprises: a mandrel (10); a rubber body (20) arranged on a peripheral surface of the mandrel (10), wherein two concave cavities which are oppositely distributed in a radial direction are provided inside the rubber body (20); two supporting rings (30) arranged on the rubber body (20) in a sleeved manner at intervals; and an outer sleeve (40) pressed onto a radial outer side of the supporting ring (30) in an interference fit manner, wherein the outer sleeve (40) covers the concave cavities to define two hydraulic cavities (21) used for containing a hydraulic fluid between the rubber body (20) and the outer sleeve (40), the supporting ring (30) is provided with the flow channel (70) for allowing the hydraulic fluid to flow through same, the two hydraulic cavities (21) are in communication with each other by means of the flow channel (70), and sealing devices are correspondingly arranged at joints of the outer sleeve (40) and the concave cavities separately, such that the hydraulic cavities (21) are sealed. The hydraulic composite bushing (100) can effectively improve the overall sealing effect of the hydraulic cavity (21) so as to remarkably improve the rigidity adjusting performance of the hydraulic composite bushing (100).
