Abstract:
A hydraulic compound bushing (100, 200) and a sealing method for same. The hydraulic compound bushing (100, 200) comprises: a core shaft (10, 210), provided with a continuous helical fluid channel (11, 211) at an outer surface thereof; a rubber member (20, 220) sleeved onto the core shaft (10, 210) and having two recesses provided at a radial-direction outer side thereof, said recesses being radially opposite to each other and corresponding to the fluid channel (11, 211); a support ring (30, 230) sleeved on the rubber member (20, 220) and covering the fluid channel (11, 211) and forming hydraulic cavities (40, 240) used to accommodate a hydraulic fluid; an outer cover (50, 250) provided at and pressing against a radial-direction outer side of the support ring (30, 230); and a sealing device (80) provided at an end portion of a fluid channel tube (60, 260), wherein the fluid channel tube (60, 260) is provided within the fluid channel (11, 211), and has two ends that respectively pass through the rubber member (20, 220) in the radial direction and extend into the two hydraulic cavities (40, 240), such that the two hydraulic cavities (40, 240) mutually communicate via the fluid channel tube (60, 260). The sealing device (80) is provided at two ends of the fluid channel tube (60, 260). One end of the sealing device (80) is provided in the fluid channel (11, 211), and another end passes through the rubber member (20, 220) and extends into the hydraulic cavities (40, 240), thereby forming a seal between the fluid channel tube (60, 260) and the fluid channel (11, 211).
