Abstract:
A short-flow mixed ore processing technology and system, relating to the technical field of bulk material treatment. The technology is to synchronously taking out different types of materials stored in a primary material yard according to expected proportions in a mode of accurately controlling a material takeout amounts and carrying out combined flow homogenization, transfer homogenization and distribution homogenization in a conveying system to fully homogenize the particle size and components of a required mixed ore product. The system comprises a material input line (1), a primary material yard (2), a stacker reclaimer (3), and a material output line. The material output line is provided with combined flow homogenization mechanisms (4, 5), a transfer homogenization mechanism (6), and a distribution homogenization mechanism (7). The mixed ore processing technology and system are simple and feasible, feature a greatly simplified production flow compared with an existing ore mixing and batching system of an iron and steel plant, do not require disposing a mixing and batching facility and a material mixing yard for spreading, stacking and reclaiming, and reduce construction costs and operation costs.
