Abstract:
The food waste disposal unit comprises: a housing; a crushing case disposed in the housing such that separation thereof from the inside to the outside of the housing is possible, thereby disposing of food waste; a rotating grinder, which is coupled to be rotatable with respect to the bottom surface of the crushing case, thereby rotating inside the crushing case so as to dispose of food waste; a grinder rotary shaft inserted into the rotating grinder so as to rotate together with the rotating grinder; and a driving device disposed at the lower portion of the crushing case so as to provide the rotary power of the rotating grinder, wherein the driving device includes: a driving motor for generating power; a shaft driving gear, which receives the power of the driving motor so as to rotate; and a connection shaft which has one end inserted into the grinder rotary shaft and has the other end inserted into the shaft driving gear, so as to transmit power to the grinder rotary shaft from the shaft driving gear, and which can rotate within the range of a first angle with respect to the shaft driving gear.
