Abstract:
Disclosed in the present specification are an electrode and use thereof. The electrode comprises a polymer layer showing a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) effect and an oxidation potential that are controlled to suit the purpose. The electrode exhibits excellent electrical properties, such as low resistance, in a normal state and thus does not affect, or even improves, the performance and operation of a secondary battery, and can ensure stability in an abnormal state. Disclosed in the present specification is also use of the electrode.
