Abstract:
An anti-loosening fastener comprises a bolt (1), a fixing member, a fixing washer (2) and a first nut (3), the fixing washer (2) and the first nut (3) sequentially sleeving the bolt (1). The fixing member comprises a second nut (4) and a cut plane (11), and one side or two sides of the tail of a screw of the bolt (1) are cut to form one or two cut planes (11). The second nut (4) sleeves the bolt (1), is close to the head of the bolt (1) and is arranged away from the cut plane (11) of the screw. The shape and the size of an opening in the middle of the fixing washer (2) are matched with the cross section of the screw, so that the fixing washer (2) is fixed relative to the bolt (1). The first nut (3) is arranged away from the head of the bolt (1), the surface of the first nut (3) in contact with the fixing washer (2) is provided with at least two wedge-shaped inclined teeth (31), and the surface of the fixing washer (2) in contact with the first nut (3) is provided with wedge-shaped recesses (21) which engage with the wedge-shaped inclined teeth (31). The anti-loosening fastener ensures that the bolt is not loosened in high-frequency vibration and high-temperature environments, and the stress thereof is kept unchanged compared with a standard part.
