Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are AR glasses having adjustable binocular convergence, and a method for adjusting binocular convergence. The AR glasses comprise a glasses main body, and an optical waveguide, an optical machine and a convergence adjusting unit which are all arranged on the glasses main body. The convergence adjusting unit comprises a light-deflecting element, and the angle of the light-deflecting element is adjustably set between the optical machine and the optical waveguide. The light-deflecting element is used for deflecting image light projected by the optical machine, and the deflected image light can be coupled in through a coupling-in region of the optical waveguide and coupled out through a coupling-out region of the optical waveguide.
