Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotating electric machine stator comprising: stator coils in which coil portions of each phase are connected between a neutral line terminal and a power line terminal of each phase in the form of four or more sets of parallel circuits; and a stator core which has a plurality of slots and around which the stator coils are wound. The stator coil has: a slot insertion portion inserted into corresponding each slot of the plurality of slots; and a jumper portion that is exposed from the axial end surface of the stator core and extends in the circumferential direction in the form of connecting a pair of the slot insertion portions to each other. A plurality of the slot insertion portions of each set in each phase include first slot insertion portions directly connected to the power line terminal. On one side of the stator core in the axial direction, the first slot insertion portions of each phase are positioned on the most outer diameter side of the corresponding slots.
