Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a rotary input control device and a user input apparatus. The rotary input control device comprises: a rotary input mechanism provided with a magnet; an electro-permanent magnet assembly, comprising an electro-permanent magnet and a coil, wherein the coil is arranged on the electro-permanent magnet to magnetize or demagnetize the electro-permanent magnet when energized; and a control module, configured to control the current of the coil such that the electro-permanent magnet is in a magnetized state or a demagnetized state.
