Disclosed in the present application is a radio-frequency power amplifier. A first power amplification circuit is connected to a first winding, and a second power amplification circuit is connected to a second winding; a first end of a third winding is coupled to a grounding end, and a second end of the third winding is coupled to a signal transmission end; the third winding comprises n coils, which are sequentially connected in series between the grounding end and the signal transmission end; a first coil m1 to an (n/2)th coil mn/2 starting from the grounding end form a first coil sequence; and an ((n/2)+1)th coil m(n/2)+1 to an nth coil mn coil form a second coil sequence, wherein the number of coils, which are coupled to the first winding, in the first coil sequence is A1, the number of coils, which are coupled to the first winding, in the second coil sequence is A2, and |A1 - A2| ≤ 1; and the number of coils, which are coupled to the second winding, in the first coil sequence is B1, the number of coils, which are coupled to the second winding, in the second coil sequence is B2, and |B1 - B2| ≤ 1. Therefore, the problem of the overall loss of a radio-frequency power amplifier being too large is solved.
