Abstract:
An electrode sheet manufacturing device (10), relating to the field of batteries. The electrode sheet manufacturing device (10) comprises a film forming mechanism (100), a laminating mechanism (400), a measurement mechanism (200), and an adjustment mechanism (300). The film forming mechanism (100) is used for forming an active substance (500) into a film (600); the laminating mechanism (400) is disposed downstream of the film forming mechanism (100), and the laminating mechanism (400) is used for laminating the film (600) and a base material (700) to form an electrode sheet (800); the measurement mechanism (200) is disposed upstream of the laminating mechanism (400), and the measurement mechanism (200) is used for measuring the thickness or the weight per unit area of the film (600); the adjustment mechanism (300) is connected to the film forming mechanism (100), the adjustment mechanism (300) is communicationally connected to the measurement mechanism (200), and the adjustment mechanism (300) is used for adjusting the film forming mechanism (100) according to a measurement result of the measurement mechanism (200), so as to control the thickness or the weight per unit area of the film (600) within a preset range.
