Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of insulating busbars, and provides a dustproof insulating busbar structure, comprising a housing, a horizontal partition plate provided in the housing, and an insulating busbar body provided on the upper side of the horizontal partition plate. Functional holes are formed in the horizontal partition plate and surround the insulating busbar body; a first filtering portion is provided in each functional hole; heat dissipation holes located at the upper side of the horizontal partition plate and air inlet holes located at the lower side of the horizontal partition plate are formed in the housing; a heat dissipation fan is provided at each heat dissipation hole; a second filtering portion is provided at each air inlet hole. The present invention has a simple structure and uses a double-layer structure; air enters from the lower part of the structure and then discharged from the upper part to dissipate heat of the insulating busbar body; dust falls down to the lower side of the horizontal partition plate by means of the dead weight of dust; and under the dual dustproof structure, the dust accumulation prevention performance is better. The structure can be used in various dusty scenes, and has a longer service life.
