Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a yaw brake pad of a wind power generator which has a long service life and which allows the running cost to be reduced. [Solution] A yaw brake pad of a wind power generator for braking and fixing a nacelle, to which a rotor head with a plurality of blades attached thereto is rotatably assembled and which is swingably installed in the upper end of a tower erected on a foundation, wherein a powder raw material is press-formed and sintered, the powder raw material being obtained by mixing metal components, ceramic components, and a lubricant with a ratio of 50-70 weight% of Cu, 10-20 weight% of Fe, less than 10 weight% of Zn, and less than 5 weight% of Mn as the metal components, less than 10 weight% of SiC as the ceramic component, and less than 10 weight% of C as the lubricant.
