Abstract:
Provided are: a controlled drug release preparation composition with which it is possible to control the initial drug elution speed of a controlled drug release preparation through a simple means; and a controlled drug release preparation. This osmotic pump-type controlled drug release preparation composition contains polyalkylene oxide particles D, and the polyalkylene oxide particles D contain 40 mass% or less of polyalkylene oxide particles having a particle diameter of 300 μm or above.
