Abstract:
A control method of an accessory rapid replacement hydraulic control system, comprising: after a first instruction is acquired, powering on a rapid replacement cut-off valve (111) to build system oil pressure, powering on a rapid replacement pressure relief valve (112) to adjust working pressure of an accessory rapid replacement hydraulic control system, and powering on a rapid replacement reversing valve (113) to adjust the direction of an oil path to enable a fixture to loosen the accessory; after a second instruction is acquired, powering off the rapid replacement reversing valve (113), and resetting the direction of the oil path to enable the fixture to clamp the accessory; and after a preset time, powering off the rapid replacement cut-off valve (111) and the rapid replacement pressure relief valve (112). The present invention further comprises a working machine and an accessory rapid replacement hydraulic control system. By providing the rapid replacement reversing valve (113), the rapid replacement cut-off valve (111), and the rapid replacement pressure relief valve (112) on the accessory rapid replacement hydraulic control system, automatic replacement of an accessory can be achieved, and after the second instruction is acquired, the rapid replacement cut-off valve (111) and the rapid replacement pressure relief valve (112) are powered off after a preset time, so that the clamping and locking functions of the accessory can be implemented.
