Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of PVC foamed co-extruded sheets, and specifically relates to a wide-width low-temperature impact-resistant and bend-resistant PVC foamed co-extruded sheet and a preparation method therefor. The PVC foamed co-extruded sheet of the present invention comprises a core layer and a sheath layer, wherein the raw materials of the core layer are composed of a PVC resin powder, a silicone-acrylate composite low-temperature toughening and reinforcing agent, a filling agent, a foaming regulator I, a white foaming agent, a calcium-zinc stabilizer, a cold-resistant plasticizer, stearic acid, polyethylene wax and oxidized polyethylene wax; and the raw materials of the sheath layer are composed of a PVC resin powder, a silicone-acrylate composite low-temperature toughening and reinforcing agent, activated nano-silica, a foaming regulator II, a composite foaming agent, a calcium-zinc stabilizer, a composite weather-resistant modifier, rutile titanium dioxide, polyethylene wax, oxidized polyethylene wax, a cold-resistant plasticizer and a compounded antimicrobial and mildew-proof agent. The PVC foamed co-extruded sheet of the present invention has good low-temperature toughness, can effectively maintain the strength and rigidity thereof, and is not prone to breaking under low-temperature impact.
