According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a wheel bearing assembly for mounting a vehicle wheel on a vehicle body to be rotatable and supporting same. The wheel bearing assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a wheel hub which is provided with a wheel mounting flange and has an accommodation space formed in the end portion of a wheel body side, the accommodation space accommodating the rolling member of a constant velocity joint; at least one inner wheel press-fitted and mounted onto the outer circumference of the wheel hub; an outer wheel provided with a vehicle body-side mounting flange; a plurality of rolling elements supporting the wheel hub to be rotatable relative to the outer wheel; a boot fastening ring press-fitted and mounted on the outer circumference of the wheel hub; and a rubber boot preventing foreign matters from flowing into the accommodation space of the wheel hub from the outside. According to an embodiment of the present invention, one or more accommodation grooves may be provided in the axial direction cross-section of the boot fastening ring at the vehicle body side, the accommodating groove having a recessed structure in the axial direction.
