Abstract:
A waveform-programmable ultra-high-speed pulse current generation apparatus, which belongs to the technical field of pulse signal generators. The apparatus comprises: a pulse waveform control module (1), a pulse amplitude control module (2), a voltage-controlled current source module (3), and a function control module (4). The pulse waveform control module (1) and the pulse amplitude control module (2) respectively control the waveform and the amplitude of a pulse current outputted by the voltage-controlled current source module (3), thereby making the pulse current adjustable; and the function control module (4) is used for adjusting and controlling each module and for performing data analysis. A pulse outputted by the apparatus can reach the lowest amplitude of 1 μA and can reach the highest amplitude of an mA level; an adjustment precision is tens of μA; and a pulse width adjustment range is 1 ns to a direct current. The apparatus can be widely applied to electrical characteristic testing of devices such as a current-induced phase change memory and a resistive random access memory.
