The present invention relates to a waste separator scrap oil extraction device for producing a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) scrap, which is used as a separator of a lithium-ion secondary battery, as a recycled raw material, and a production method using same. The waste separator scrap oil extraction device according to the present invention comprises: a primary extraction means into which pulverized scrap is input and which primarily separates oil and scrap while extruding the input scrap by a screw pressurization process; and a secondary extraction means into which the scrap with oil separated therefrom is input from the primary extraction means and which generates oil vapor by applying heat during transport by means of a screw, and vacuum suctions the generated oil vapor to separate the remaining oil. The waste separator scrap oil extraction device according to the present invention is configured to include the primary extraction means of a pressure extraction process and the secondary extraction means of a vacuum extraction process to achieve oil extraction in multiple ways, and thus higher-purity high-density polyethylene can be recycled.
