Abstract:
A robot control method is disclosed. The control method may include the steps of: traveling to a first target position if information about the first target position, included in first map data corresponding to a first space included in a robot traveling space, is received from a server; transmitting, to the server, information indicating arrival at the first target position, if the arrival of the robot within a critical distance from the first target position is identified; and traveling to a second target position if second map data, which corresponds to a second space including the first target position, and information about the second target position, which is included in the second map data, are received from the server.
