A warp-knitted elastic fabric not sticking to the skin, comprising a fabric body of a warp-knitted structure. The fabric body at least comprises low-bulkiness yarn Y1, high-bulkiness yarn Y2, and elastic yarn Y3; the low-bulkiness yarn Y1 and the high-bulkiness yarn Y2 are both located on the surface layer of the fabric body and arranged at intervals; the low-bulkiness yarn Y1 forms a low-bulkiness structure in a guide bar threading mode in the fabric body; the guide bar threading mode of the low-bulkiness yarn Y1 is ai threading and bi empty; the guide bar threading mode of the high-bulkiness yarn Y2 is mj empty and nj threading; threading; and the elastic yarn Y3 forms an elastic structure, and the low-bulkiness yarn Y1 and the high-bulkiness yarn Y2 form protrusion structures on a skin-attaching surface of the fabric body. According to the present application, the fabric of said structure does not stick to the skin, and has the functions of being good in air permeability, capable of absorbing moisture, quick to dry, and not prone to curling.
