Abstract:
A vision technology-based belt tearing state automatic detection method and system, the method comprising: constructing a daily state data set of a belt of a belt conveyor, said data set storing belt monitoring images in eight months; performing analysis and comparison on the present belt daily state data set, performing preprocessing to mark an image frame in which the belt has torn, and establishing a YOLOv3 object detection model; inputting into the YOLOv3 object detection model an image photographed in real time, and, by means of vision technology, monitoring the belt state real-time monitoring image; and when the belt state monitored in real time is the same as the data mark state in the data set, performing anomaly identification alarm. The present invention identifies an anomaly by means of intelligent vision technology; for edge tearing, the two symmetrical edges of a belt are inspected by using computer vision technology, and, according to the distance between the two inspected edges, whether tearing has occurred is determined; and for non-edge tearing, deep-learning technology is used, achieving belt tearing detection by positioning a crack in the belt.
