A vehicle power device (1) comprises a vehicle bearing (2) and a travelling motor (3) capable of driving rotation of an outer ring (4) which is a rotating ring. The vehicle power device (1) also comprises a bracket (24) which is mounted to a knuckle (8) of the vehicle. The bracket (24) has: a bracket base part (24a) which is interposed between the knuckle (8) and an inner ring (5) and which is removably fixed to the inner ring (5); and a bracket cylinder part (24b) which has a cylindrical shape and which extends from the bracket base part (24a) to the outboard side. The travelling motor (3) has: a stator (18) which is removably mounted to the inner circumference of the bracket cylinder part (24b); and a rotor (19) that is mounted to the outer ring (4) in the inner circumference of the stator (18).
