Abstract:
The present invention provides a valve capable of controlling a fluid with high precision.　A valve, according to the present invention, comprising: a valve housing 10 having a primary pressure space S1 and a secondary pressure space S2; a valve seat 40a disposed between the primary pressure space S1 and the secondary pressure space S2; a valve body 56 which is driven in the axial direction by a drive source 80 and is mounted on or separated from the valve seat 40a; a rear space S3 which is adjacent to either the primary pressure space S1 or the secondary pressure space S2; and a connection means 15 which connects with the other of the primary pressure space S1 or the secondary pressure space S2, wherein a dividing member 30 which can expand and contract in the axial direction is disposed between the valve housing 10 and the valve body 56, and the space S2 and the rear space S3 are divided by the dividing member 30 in a sealed manner.
