Abstract:
This valve device comprises: a valve member; a housing; a first seal; and a second seal. The valve member includes a shaft rotatable about the rotation axis, and a rotor which is coupled to an end, of the shaft, in a first direction along the rotation axis and in which a first flow path having a first opening on the outer circumferential surface is formed. In the housing, a storage part that stores the valve member, and a second flow path having on the inner circumferential surface of the storage part a second opening connectable to the first opening are formed. The first seal is installed between the outer circumferential surface of the rotor and the inner circumferential surface of the storage part, and includes a first part positioned in the first direction with respect to the second opening and a second part positioned in a second direction opposite to the first direction with respect to the second opening. The second seal is positioned in the second direction with respect to the second part, and is installed between the outer circumferential surface of the valve member and the inner circumferential surface of the storage part. The valve member has a connection path for connecting the first flow path and a first space that is surrounded by the outer circumferential surface of the valve member, the inner circumferential surface of the storage part, the second part, and the second seal.
