Abstract:
Provided is a vacuum insulating double piping that is for transferring a very-low-temperature fluid and that comprises a function to suppress a moment acting on a connecting section between an inner pipe and an outer pipe due to an internal pressure load, and to prevent stress damage to the connecting section. This vacuum insulating double piping for transferring a very-low-temperature fluid comprises: an inner pipe 1 including a bellows section 4; an outer pipe 2 provided on the outer periphery of the inner pipe 1 with a vacuum layer 3 interposed therebetween; a straight pipe section 5; and elbow sections 6. The bellows section 4 is provided in an inner-pipe straight pipe section 5a located in the straight pipe section 5, and projecting sections 7 projecting outward toward the outer pipe 2 side are provided to inner pipe elbow sections 6a located in the elbow sections 6. In addition, receiving parts 8 that abut on the projecting sections 7 are provided to outer-pipe elbow sections 6b located in the elbow sections 6. Furthermore, at least one abutment surface of the projecting sections 7 and the receiving parts 8 is constituted by an insulating member 9.
