Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of high-strength alloy fastener manufacturing. Provided are an ultrahigh-strength alloy steel, a grade 16.8 threaded fastener and a manufacturing method therefor. The ultrahigh-strength alloy steel provided by the present invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.35-0.60% of C, 0.035-0.15% of Si, 0.10-0.90% of Mn, less than 0.020% of P, less than 0.0010% of S, 1.50-2.50% of Cr, 2.00-3.00% of Mo, 0.30-0.80% of V, 0.25-1.00% of Ni and 0.001-0.200% of Nb, with the balance being Fe. In the present invention, synergistic effects can be achieved by controlling the amount of each element, so that threaded fasteners prepared from the ultrahigh-strength alloy steel have excellent mechanical properties, and the cost is reduced.
