Abstract:
An ultra-supercritical solar tower-type water working medium heat absorber, comprising a heat absorption screen, a pipe row, and a heat absorption medium. Collected sunlight is reflected to the heat absorption screen; after a heat absorption plate absorbs heat and the temperature rises, the heat absorption medium filled in the heat absorption plate is melted; the heat absorption medium uniformly transmits heat having high heat flux density to the pipe row, and the heat is carried away by a heat exchange fluid (water); and the pipe row employs a heat-carrying compensation-type arrangement and has a soaking function. Each group of pipe rows is inserted into the corresponding heat absorption screen and is welded with a lower sealing plate of the heat absorption screen by using low-heat stress technology, welding is not carried out on the upper portion, and a heat exchange pipe can flex and expand freely. The interior of the heat absorption screen uses "tin bath" indirect heat transfer, providing uniform temperature. A heat absorption medium having a high heat conductivity coefficient is used in the present invention, and heat can be rapidly transmitted to the pipe row, achieving efficient heat transfer; moreover, heat flow density is homogenized, thermal stress is reduced, and harm due to pipe explosion and the like is avoided. According to the structure of said heat absorber, water can be heated to a supercritical state, and power generation efficiency is greatly improved.
