Abstract:
An island type breakwater, comprising: a breakwater body (1), having a trapezoidal cross-section, bottom protecting block stones (2) being arranged on the outer sides of the bottom of the breakwater body (1); a cushion layer (3) fixedly arranged on the side surfaces and the top surface of the breakwater body (1), foot protecting block stones (4) being arranged on the outer sides of the bottoms of the cushion layer (3), and the bottoms of the cushion layer (3) and the foot protecting block stones (4) being both fixedly arranged on the bottom protecting block stones (2); and a wave damping layer (5) fixedly arranged on the cushion layer (3) located on the side surfaces of the breakwater body (1), the bottoms of the wave damping layer (5) abutting against the inner sides of the foot protecting block stones (4), and a plurality of wave damping holes being formed on the wave damping layer (5) at intervals. The island type breakwater has the advantages of strong resistance to wave impact, low noise and the like.
