Abstract:
Provided is a transperineal puncture guide frame (100, 300) comprising a probe fixing assembly (10, 310) and a guide assembly (20, 320), wherein the probe fixing assembly (10, 310) is provided with a mounting plate (13, 313), and the guide assembly (20, 320) further comprises a needle groove plate (21, 321) and a needle groove cover plate (22, 322). The needle groove plate (21, 321) has a first side surface (211, 3211) and a second side surface (212, 3212) that are opposite to each other, and the first side surface (211, 3211) of the needle groove plate (21, 321) is provided with a plurality of needle guiding grooves (213, 3213) that are vertically distributed and parallel to each other. The needle groove plate (21, 321) is detachably mounted and fixed to a first side surface (131, 3131) of the mounting plate (13, 313) by means of a first insertion structure, a first hook buckle structure, and a first clasp structure. The needle groove cover plate (22, 322) is detachably combined with the needle groove plate (21, 321) by means of a second insertion structure, a second hook buckle structure, and a second clasp structure, so that a second side surface (222, 3222) of the needle groove cover plate (22, 322) is attached to the first side surface (211, 3211) of the needle groove plate (21, 321), thus closing the plurality of needle guiding grooves (213, 3213) to form a plurality of needle guiding holes (23, 323). According to the transperineal puncture guide frame (100, 300), a needle groove plate (21, 321) of a different specification may be used according to a puncture needle (200) of a different specification, and the puncture needle (200) is convenient to separate.
