Abstract:
The present invention relates to an injection method for improving a high-titanium slag property of vanadium-titanomagnetite smelting, comprising: adding ascharite and pulverized coal injection coal into a blast furnace pulverized coal injection coal pulverization system for pulverization, fully and uniformly mixing same, and then allowing uniformly mixed powder to enter a blast furnace pulverized coal injection system and to be injected into a blast furnace by means of a tuyere of the blast furnace so as to participate in a slagging reaction. The present invention mainly injects ascharite powder and the blast furnace pulverized coal injection coal simultaneously into the blast furnace; B2O3 in the ascharite is used as an acidic anion in slag, and has a greater capability to bind to calcium ions than TiO2
-3ions, so that the B2O3 component in the ascharite can reduce the amount of produced high-melting-point perovskite, and the reduction of the amount of the produced perovskite can further cause a reduction in the viscosity and the melting temperature of high-titanium blast furnace slag, thereby improving the smelting property of the high-titanium slag; in addition, the ascharite has a high content of MgO, and the increase of the content of MgO also helps to improve the property of the slag.
