Title:
STRUCTURE FOR ASSEMBLING ROLLING ROLLER TO PISTON ROD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/225865
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a structure for assembling a rolling roller to a piston rod such that no protrusion is created on the sliding surface of the piston rod even when a pin is press-fitted into the through hole of the piston rod. This structure for assembling a rolling roller (10) to a piston rod (1) comprises: an elongated hole (3) that is provided in the piston rod (1) integrated with a piston (2); first and second through holes (6, 7) that are provided in a pair of elongated-hole formation walls (4, 5) forming the elongated hole (3); and the rolling roller (10) that is rotatably supported by a pin (8) press-fitted and fixed in the second through hole (7). This structure for assembling the rolling roller (10) to the piston rod (1) is configured such that, while the rolling roller (10) is disposed between the pair of elongated-hole formation walls (4, 5), the leading end (8a) of the pin (8) inserted into the first through hole (6) and an inscribed hole (9) is press-fit into the second through hole. A tapered hole side chamfered portion (7b) is provided in the inner peripheral edge of the second through hole (7). A tapered or arc-shaped pin side chamfered portion (11) including at least an arc-shaped portion is provided in the outer peripheral edge of the leading end of the pin (8).
