Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a rental space information processing device capable of enhancing the integrity of reservations while suppressing the processing load on a management server. [Solution] A site controller 1, which serves as a rental space information processing device, is connected via the Internet 6 to a management server 3 for managing rental space information and to a plurality of customer attraction servers 5 for attracting rental space users. Each customer attraction server 5 is provided with a customer attraction-side reservation unit 51 which manages customer attraction-side reservation information relating to registered users and reservation dates and times, and the management server 3 is provided with a management-side reservation unit 31 which manages management-side reservation information relating to users and reservation dates and times. The site controller 1 is provided with: an information acquisition unit 11 which acquires an update on the customer attraction-side reservation information and an update on the management-side reservation information; and a synchronization control unit 12 which, on the basis of the acquired information, synchronizes the customer attraction-side reservation information of each customer attraction server 5 and the management-side reservation information of the management server 3 with each other.
