Abstract:
The present invention relates to a soft polyurethane foam material, and specifically relates to a strong-support high-elasticity soft polyurethane foam material and a preparation method therefor. The present invention belongs to the technical field of the production of soft polyurethane foams. The strong-support high-elasticity soft polyurethane foam material of the present invention is mainly made by foaming, in parts by weight, the following raw materials: 10-120 parts of a lignin-based block copolymer molecular-level composite polyether, 45-65 parts of an isocyanate, 0.5-5 parts of a foaming catalyst, 1-10 parts of water and 1-3 parts of a foam homogenizer. The lignin-based block copolymer molecular-level composite polyether is a molecular-level composite polyether formed by means of the copolymerization of aromatic polymer segments of a lignosulfonate and aliphatic polymer segments of a polyether polyol, wherein with the lignosulfonate acting as a base material and by means of the solvation effect of the polyether polyol, the molecule chain of the lignosulfonate is cut and embedded therein. The foaming catalyst may be a foaming catalyst commonly used in the art.
