Abstract:
A lignin-based block copolymer molecular-grade combined polyether, the lignin-based block copolymer molecular-grade combined polyether having lignosulphonate as a base material and, using the solvation effect of polyether polyol, the molecular chain of the lignosulphonate being cut off and embedded therein to form a molecular-grade combined polyether composed of an aromatic polymer segment of the lignosulfonate and an aliphatic polymer segment of the polyether polyol. Using a special structure molecular mixing technique, microscopically hard segments of lignosulphonate molecular segment and macroscopically soft segments of polymer polyols are re-edited and spliced to obtain a molecular-grade combined polyether by means of block copolymerisation. The molecular-grade combined polyether has the dual characteristics of strong support and softness, perfectly solving the problem of polyurethane soft foam material being unable to have both strong support and softness.
