Abstract:
Provided is a starting method for an energy storage system (10). The energy storage system (10) comprises at least one energy storage sub-module (100). The energy storage sub-module (100) comprises a power module (101) and a battery module (102). The starting method comprises: obtaining a first instruction (S201); and controlling, according to the first instruction, the battery module (102) to charge the power module (101) (S202). According to the starting method, the battery module (102) of the energy storage sub-module (100) can be controlled to charge the power module (101) when a power grid is in a blackout state, so that the power module (101) can be charged to have power-on capability, thereby realizing the self-starting of the energy storage sub-module (100), facilitating the increase of the restoration speed of the power grid.
