Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a solid material constant injection device for a smelting furnace. The solid material constant injection device comprises a controller, a side-blown furnace, and a plurality of constant injection mechanisms arranged at intervals. Each constant injection mechanism comprises a solid material receiving bin, a storage tank and an injection tank which are sequentially arranged at intervals from top to bottom; a first feed valve group used for communicating or disconnecting the solid material receiving bin and the storage tank is arranged therebetween, and a second feed valve group used for communicating or disconnecting the storage tank and the injection tank is arranged therebetween, the first feed valve group and the second feed valve group being both connected to the controller; two symmetrically-arranged discharge ports are arranged in the bottom of the injection tank, a vertical rotary feeder being installed at each discharge port, and the bottom of the vertical rotary feeder being communicated with the side-blown furnace through a tail purging pipeline. The present utility model can ensure that solid materials uniformly enter the side-blown furnace, and ensures high injection precision and stable injection, thus facilitating popularization and application.
