Abstract:
A speed regulation apparatus for an immersion blender, comprises: a handheld housing (1), the handheld housing (1) having disposed therein a motor (2), an inner upper portion of the handheld housing (1) being provided with a control apparatus, a shaft sleeve (3) being connected to a lower rotational connection assembly of the handheld housing (1), and the shaft sleeve (3) having disposed therein a blender connected to an output shaft of the motor (2); the control apparatus comprises a main control panel (4), one side of the handheld housing (1) is provided with a delayed unlocking switch assembly electrically connected to the main control panel (4), the top end of the handheld housing (1) is provided with an aperture (5), and the upper end of the aperture (5) is provided with a multi-speed speed regulation assembly, a top control panel (6) is disposed between a lower end of the aperture (5) and the handheld housing (1), a potentiometer (16) is arranged between the top control panel (6) and the multi-speed speed regulation assembly, and the main control panel (4) and the top control panel (6) are connected to a storage battery disposed in the handheld housing (1). Multi-speed speed regulation is performed using the multi-speed speed regulation assembly, causing the shaft sleeve (3) to act in concert with the blender, so as to blend food with greater control; in addition, because the multi-speed speed regulation assembly has an indication function, when multi-speed speed regulation is carried out during rotation, a rotational speed has a corresponding indicator lamp for display, thereby indicating the regulation situation in a timely manner and preventing accidental misuse during blending.
