Abstract:
A solid-state transformer and a power supply device, which are used for improving the fault-tolerant operation capability of a solid-state transformer. The solid-state transformer comprises a plurality of power conversion units which are connected in parallel, each of the power conversion units comprising a plurality of single-phase conversion units, and each single-phase conversion unit comprising a first switching unit, a voltage conversion unit and a second switching unit, wherein a first end of the first switching unit is a first input end of the single-phase conversion unit, and a second end of the first switching unit is connected to a first input end of the voltage conversion unit; a second input end of the voltage conversion unit is connected to a first end of the second switching unit, and an output end of the voltage conversion unit is connected to an output end of the solid-state transformer; a second end of the second switching unit is a second input end of the single-phase conversion unit, and a third end of the second switching unit is connected to one single-phase conversion unit among other single-phase conversion units; and the voltage conversion unit comprises a plurality of voltage conversion circuits which are connected in series.
