Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sludge drying system capable of stably injecting and drying sludge as a raw material, and even low-moisture sludge having a moisture content ratio of 70% or less. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the sludge drying system comprises: a relay hopper unit that receives, from a filter press, wastewater and purified-water sludge in the form of dewatered cake, and temporarily stores same; an air supply unit that supplies air; an ejector unit that supplies the air introduced from the air supply unit to the sludge introduced from the relay hopper unit and sprays same by increasing a flow rate; a drying unit that swirls and flows the sludge and air introduced from the ejector unit and dries same; and a control unit that controls the operations of the relay hopper unit, the air supply unit, the ejector unit, and the drying unit.
