The present invention relates to a complex-functional grease level following-type electric grease barrel pump comprising: a follower plate which floats on an upper surface of grease received in a grease container; a driving unit which is coupled to the follower plate; a pumping unit which is formed on the follower plate and discharges grease; and an agitator which is installed under the follower plate and pushes grease into a grease suction port.
