Abstract:
The present invention provides a sheet for an outer package that contains a power storage element of a power storage device, the sheet comprising a non-porous resin sheet, while having a peel strength F of 1.5 N/10 mm or more as determined by the evaluation method described below. This sheet for an outer package is suitable for the suppression of expansion of a power storage device. Evaluation method: A rectangular test piece which has a width of 10 mm and a length of 100 mm, and which is obtained by bonding a sheet for an outer package, the sheet being the object of the evaluation, and a polypropylene sheet with each other by means of hot pressing is subjected to a peel test wherein the sheet for an outer package is peeled away from the polypropylene sheet at a peeling angle of 180° at a peeling rate of 300 mm/minute. The peel strength F is the thus-measured 180°peel strength.
