Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a servo valve unit that does not require a servo amplifier that can accurately control the position of an air pressure cylinder. [Solution] Disclosed is a servo valve unit (2) that actuates in accordance with first and second electric pulses corresponding to positions of a piston of an air pressure cylinder (40). The servo valve unit (2) has a shared flow channel (11), a supply port (12) connected to the shared flow channel (11) via a pulse-type openable and closeable first valve part (20R) that responds to the first electric pulse, an exhaust port (13) connected to the shared flow channel (11) via a pulse-type openable and closeable second valve part (20L) that responds to the second electric pulse, and a driving air port (14). One end of the driving air port (14) is connected to the shared flow channel (11), and formed in the other end of the driving air port (14) is a connecting part (14a) for connecting to the air pressure cylinder (40).
