Abstract:
A self-sealed double-row tapered roller bearing having a stepped outer diameter, comprising an inner ring (1), an outer ring (2), a retainer (3) and a double-row roller (4). The double-row roller (4) is held between the inner ring (1) and the outer ring (2) by means of the retainer (3); sealing grooves (6) used for assembling sealing assemblies (5) are respectively formed on two sides of the inner wall of the outer ring (2); recesses (7) recessed inwards along a radial direction are respectively formed on two sides of the outer wall of the outer ring (2); the recess (7) and the sealing groove (6) on each side are arranged correspondingly (6); the axial length (D) of the recess (7) is greater than an axial length (D1) from the sealing groove (6) to a corresponding end surface of the outer ring (2). By providing the recesses (7) on the outer wall of the outer ring (2), deformation of the outer ring (2) in a press-fitting process is compensated for, so that deformation caused by press-fitting would not affect the dimensional fit between the outer diameter of the bearing and a bearing seat, the fit between the outer diameter of the bearing and the bearing seat is prevented from changing into interference fit, the installation of the bearing is facilitated, and the risk of bearing temperature rise is also reduced.
