A double-row tapered roller bearing with a rear retainer assembly. The double-row tapered roller bearing comprises an outer bearing ring (1), an inner bearing ring (2) and two rows of tapered rollers (3), which are mounted between the outer bearing ring and the inner bearing ring in a rolling manner respectively by means of cages (9). The double-row tapered roller bearing further comprises a rear retaining ring (5), which is mounted at a shaft shoulder (4.2) of an axle (4) and abuts against a positioning end surface (2.1) of the inner bearing ring, wherein the inner bearing ring is fixedly connected to the rear retaining ring by means of a collar (6). The inner bearing ring is fixed to the rear retaining ring by means of the collar, thereby preventing the creeping wearing of the positioning end surface at an end surface of the inner bearing ring relative to an end surface of the rear retaining ring, such that the service life of the double-row tapered roller bearing can be improved.
