Abstract:
Provided is a lightweight, self-propelled robot for seam fastening, which is propelled by itself at high speed without causing scratches on a folded-plate roofing material and reliably performs seam fastening work for the folded-plate roofing material. A self-propelled robot 100 for seam fastening comprises a drive unit 130, the drive unit 130 being equipped with at least a support roller 133 that is rotatably disposed on a support substrate 122 and abuts on an upright portion Ruv of a folded plate roofing material R and a support motor 131 that drives the support roller, and a seam fastening roller 136 that is rotatably disposed on an opening/closing substrate 123 and presses a seam portion and a seam fastening motor 134 that drives the seam fastening roller. The self-propelled robot 100 fastens the seam portion Ruc along the longitudinal direction of the folded-plate roofing material by means of the seam fastening roller.
