Abstract:
A power conversion and control unit 2 of this activation system 1 of a secondary battery 30, when a discharge step is being executed by one or more activation device units 10 and a voltage Vbat of a power storage unit 3 is a prescribed upper limit value V_H or lower, executes a first control to charge the power storage unit 3 with the power released from the activation device unit 10, and when a charging step is being executed by one or more activation device units 10 and the voltage Vbat is a prescribed lower limit value V_L or higher, executes a second control to supply the power of the power storage unit 3 to the activation device unit 10 that is executing the charging step.
