Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a rotating shaft device, comprising a rotating assembly. The rotating assembly comprises a first base, a rotating member, an abutting member and a first elastic member, wherein the rotating member is rotationally connected to the first base, and comprises a first cam; the abutting member is slidably connected to the first base in a first direction, and comprises an abutting cam; the first elastic member is arranged between the first base and the abutting member, and is configured to elastically push against the abutting member so that the abutting cam and the first cam rotatably abut against each other; and when the rotating member rotates relative to the first base, the first cam rotationally abuts against the abutting cam, and a frictional torsion force between the first cam and the abutting cam limits the rotation of the rotating member. In the absence of external forces, the frictional torsion force between the rotating member and the abutting member can limit the rotating member to keep still relative to the first base, so that the rotating shaft device is kept in a bent state or an unbent state, so as to achieve hovering of the rotating shaft device. Further provided in the present application is an electronic apparatus provided with a rotating shaft device.
