Abstract:
Provided are a nucleic acid extraction and amplification integrated device and system. The nucleic acid extraction and amplification integrated device comprises a bin body (2), a valve body (4), and an amplification detection chip (3). The bin body (2) is connected to a cover body (1), and a sample adding cavity (21) and a plurality of reagent cavities are provided in the bin body (2). The amplification detection chip (3) is connected to the bin body (2), and an amplification detection cavity (311) is provided on the amplification detection chip (3). The valve body (4) is movably arranged in the bin body (2). The valve body (4) is configured for enabling the sample adding cavity (21) to be selectively in communication with any one of the reagent cavities or with the amplification detection cavity (311).
